Technical Service—25 years of focus on technical solutions for rubber parts

Molded rubber parts are critical components in numerous industries, providing essential functions such as sealing, cushioning, mounting, and protecting delicate components from environmental factors. To ensure these products meet the highest quality and performance standards, advanced rubber product engineering and solutions are essential. At SKY Rubber, we specialize in engineering custom molded rubber parts to meet the specific needs and requirements of our customers across a variety of applications.

Customized Rubber Solutions

As an experienced rubber product manufacturer, we know that each product is unique and requires a custom solution. Our team of engineers works closely with our customers from concept to production, ensuring that we understand their products and applications and determine the specific functions that the molded rubber parts must perform. We start with identification, consulting, product development, testing and validation, production planning and continuous improvement to ensure that our customers' products meet the most stringent specifications and standards.

Identify Customer Needs

Determine and understand customer requirements, specifications and features for their custom products, work closely with customers to gather information and fully understand the intended use of the product. The goal is to gain a deep understanding of the market and identify opportunities to create new products that meet specific customer needs.

Product Design

Materials are selected from well-known brands, such as Dow Corning, Arlanxeo, Lanxess, Wacker, Mitsui, Wynca, etc., to ensure stable quality. Commonly used rubber materials: NR, SBR, SR&LSR, EPDM, NBR, CR, FKM, TPR, PVC, PP, etc., providing food and medical rubber formulas: NBR, SR, EPDM, VITON (FKM), etc., customized design solutions based on ASTM, JIS, ISO, BS, DIN, SAE, GB and other standards, products can meet the application requirements of different scenarios under the requirements of RoHS, REACH, FDA, LFGB, NSF, WRAS, UL and other regulations.

Product Development

The product development phase involves the use of advanced machinery and technology to turn the concept into reality by creating prototypes or production molds to achieve manufacturability. The goal is to develop a product that can effectively meet customer needs and requirements while saving production costs.

Testing and Validation

The Products are fully tested to ensure that they meet all necessary specifications and standards. SKY Rubber is equipped with 6 testing laboratories, 30+ testing items, and 100+ testing equipment, which can test the performance test, durability test, quality control test and application function of most rubber materials. Through the laboratory, the product engineering team can ensure that all tests and verifications are carried out in accordance with internationally recognized standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
